Kristie was the best realtor we could ask for when it came to building/buying our new home.
From the get go, you can tell that she actually cares about and listens to her clients so that she can deliver exactly what they're looking for. She was very patient during our search to find our community, even through my being picky over small things, her attitude and drive to find the perfect home never wavered. I really appreciate that she wouldn't hold back her professional opinions just to hurry up and sell, she really made sure we were treated right, didn't overlook anything and didn't have to settle. She was extremely knowledgeable about each area we looked at; not just knowing about the house itself, but also about the neighborhood/amenities, surrounding areas, commute times, etc.
Once we found a place, Kristie was fierce in making sure we had the best deal we could get for our new home, and helped us keep tabs on the building process throughout, she really is a great advocate to her clients. She also helped us find a great lender we could trust. At closing, Kristie made sure we could take our time and understand all of the paperwork that was being signed and made sure that we knew what needed to be done after closing as well as followed up with us to help with post-closing tasks.
Kristie is extremely professional, has a great attitude, very trustworthy and genuine, and an all around good person who I'm so grateful to have gotten to work with. Thank you Kristie!

Kristie Crotty was truly exceptional! I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on buying a new home and I’m so thankful I did! Kristie was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always called back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously! She helped us purchase a newly constructed Highland Home. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of the community and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents that you get when you are buying new construction.
